Hi, thank you for stopping by! Come on in and get comfortable! Huddle South Central offers our mental health, physical health and substance-use services, employment counseling, peer support and outreach in both French and English. Our services are free of cost and free of judgement. 

Whether you’re meeting a counselor, social worker, nurse practitioner or dietician, many of our services can be accessed in your preferred national language. We also love to have fun here – and host Indigenous crafts and storytelling, games and movie nights, creative writing, bingo, karaoke, cooking classes and so much more. See you here!
